However, if the mistake is not ours, the item is yours to keep. Please check personalization carefully.
- We do NOT accept returns on our gourmet food and chocolate products. All sales are finale.
- We gladly accept returns on ready-to-ship (not personalized / not food / not chocolate) items within 5 days of delivery that are in new unopened condition. Customer is responsible for paying for return shipping and restocking fees.
