RETURNS

  • Due to the unique & personalized nature of our products, all personalized items sold from our store are finale sale and cannot be returned. If we make a mistake on your order, we will replace it. ¬†However, if the mistake is not ours, the item is yours to keep. Please check personalization carefully.
  • We do NOT accept returns on our¬† gourmet food and chocolate products. All sales are finale.
  • We gladly accept returns on ready-to-ship (not personalized / not food / not chocolate) items within 5 days of delivery that are in new unopened condition. Customer is responsible for paying for return shipping and restocking fees.
  • Feel free to contact us with any questions that you may have about a product before you purchase.

 

EXCHANGES

We guarantee the quality of our products. We only replace items if they are defective or received damaged. Please notify us within 3 days of receipt if you need to exchange it for the same item.
